Middlesex Ltd in partnership with McLaren delivered the firestopping in 396 apartments, the ground floor retail space and an exceptional new GP surgery for the local area.
This meant providing passive fire and acoustic stopping to all compartmentation lines, including walls, floors, risers, and service penetrations. Plus, fire sealing around all mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and hydraulic services using approved, tested systems. This included hotel-style risers achieving a minimum 120-minute fire resistance rating for both integrity and insulation.
In keeping with Middlesex’s quality and safety focus, installations complied with all relevant standards, approved details, and manufacturer’s instructions.
Middlesex was also appointed to deliver the drylining works.
